Brandon A. Chapman, 19, of 33 Roberts Road was charged Friday with second-degree making a false statement, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Rafael Armando Munoz, 24, of 89 Georgia St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Richard M. Allen, 44, of 42 Church St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jasmine Wright, 20, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Iggy Laboy, 35, of 202 Colman St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Jarrod Edwards, 33, of 49 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and possession of narcotics.

Steven Wright, 24, of 353 Harland Road, second floor, Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Jody Tenbrock, 54, of 144 Shore Road was charged Thursday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sofia Arteaga, 20, of 11 Grabner Drive was charged Wednesday with third-degree forgery.

Oswaldo Beard, 18, of 1 Marshall Place, New London, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal trespass.

Jose Ayala, 45, of 67 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have lights lit.

Tasha Oneil, 26, of 19 Pautipaug Lane, Franklin, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
