Parker Hanssen, 82, of 239 H St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no-passing zone.

Chloe Blackett, 24, of 43 South Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and making an improper turn.

Elizabeth O'Brien, 27, of 31 Richard Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and reckless driving.

Norwich

Donald Spaulding, 44, of 29 Adair St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Laura C. Gallicchio, 18, of 16 Pheasant Run, Mystic was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of liquor by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a stop sign.

Carly A. Meiner, 35, of 63 Pond Drive, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Nadine Mahoney, 24, of Hartford, was charged Saturday with failure to have head lamps and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Wayne Bell, 25, of Hartford, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Kayla Connors, 20, of 40 Maple Ave. Ext., Uncasville, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
