Estoban Rosa, 42, of 254 Jefferson Ave. was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew Coones, 35, of 84 S. 5th St., Taftville, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Danielle Rojas, 18, of 14 Williams St., Norwich, was charged Monday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Ross Fowler, 30, of 500 Cow Hill Road, Apt. 4, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ameran L. Flynn, 41, of 113 Niles Hill Road, New London, was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and carrying a firearm while under the influence.

Kevin B. Everett, 26, of 161 Water St., Stonington, was arrested Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to appear in court.

Kenneth Bossio, 34, of 148 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Melissa E. White, 39, of 148 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with third-degree hindering prosecution, interfering with a police officer and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Waterford

Shameekia Flanders, 32, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny.

Syeda Fatima, 31, of 74 State St., New London, was charged Sunday with failure to have functioning stop lamps/turn signals and driving with a suspended license or registration.
