    Alixzandra O'Neil, 25, of 13 Brainard St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton Town

    Joseph P. Camerino, 27, of 40 Pearl St., New London, was charged Thursday with conspiracy.

    Charles J. Cail-Barclay, 22, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Colton J. Lewis, 23, of 53 Wayne Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Randy R. Labatte, 32, of 37 Wyngate Circle, Mystic, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, and fraudulent use of an automatic teller machine.

    New London

    Ronaldo Souffrant, 39, of 48½ Terrace Ave., first floor, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jonathan Lopez, 32, of 13 Brainard St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Mariza A. Lugo, 31, of 64 Dell Avenue, No. A4, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Norwich

    Kenneth A. Houtman, 40, of 93 Depot Road, Montville, was charged Saturday with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of marker plates.

    Ariena M. Manzi, 50, of 99 Cedar St., No. D50, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

    State Police - Montville

    Joann Radice, 55, of Amston, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
