Gregory J. Dicandia, 50, of 97 Somersett Drive, Mystic, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.
Wellington N. Thompson IV, 28, of 108 Driftwood Circle was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance, failure to return license after suspension, possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep narcotics in the original container.

Chris Carr, 47, of 16 1/2 South C St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Cynthia Romero, 32, of 401 Thames St., Apt. 201, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, violating conditions of release and third-degree assault.
Gilberto Baez, 49, of 61 Union St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.
Nefty Rodriguez, 21, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear to court.
