    Groton City

    Shannon L. Young, 33, of 107 Benham Road, No. 16, Groton Town, was charged Friday with driving with a refused or suspended registration or license and using a cellphone while driving.

    Beverly Lowell, 32, of 240 Virgo Drive was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, criminal attempt to possess a controlled substance and two counts of criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

    Riley S. Pyzalski, 19, of 6 Woodland Drive E., was charged Saturday with driving as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content and driving without a license.

    Tieara Hall, 24, of no certain address was charged Friday with breach of peace: threatening, second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer.

    Matthew S. Barfield, 28, of 65 Shaw St., No. 1B, New London, was charged Friday with breach of peace: threatening, two counts of second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer.

    East Lyme

    Jason A. Hubbard, 38, of 142 Bokum Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, driving with a suspended license or registration and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

    New London

    Alba Stanley, 26, of 34 Broadway Terrace, No. 6, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

    James Tackling, 31, of 15 Mahan St. was charged Saturday with criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

    Jonathan Lopez, 33, of 13 Brainard St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Anthony Lyons, 47, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Saturday with first-degree trespassing, second-degree stalking and breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Philip Murray, 40, of 324 W. Main St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Calvin Curtis-Thomas, 28, of 41 Lorraine Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police — Montville

    Evandro L. Cardoso, 33, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Friday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage, tampering with an ignition interlock device and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Melissa S. Holland, 27, of 21 Noyes Road, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

    Waterford

    Alvaro Ocampo, 35, of 117 Great Neck Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have head lamps illuminated.

    Brian McNeil, 27, of 2354 Glasgow Road, Griswold, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

    Christopher Fyfe, 33, of 103 Boombridge Road, Westerly, was charged Friday with sale of a controlled substance.

    Stephanie Eoanou, 25, of 113 Stoneheights Drive was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
