Samantha E. Petrone, 34, of 35 Daniels Ave., Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jasmine Shirshac, 23, of 61 Henry St., Apr. C6, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Dustin Armstrong, 29, of Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Guam, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to illuminate headlights.

Ramon Mendez, Jr., 49, of 127 Hempstead St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

Rosanna Laboy, 49, of 127 Hempstead St., Apt. 703, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Eric Murphy, 30, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. A1, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and risk of injury to a minor.

Michael Booth-Eleazer, 21, of 55 South Road, Apt. 7B, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and unsafe backing.

Joseph A. Johnson, 24, of 128 Warner St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure  to obey a stop sign.

Abraham Valasquez, 45, of 7 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display marker plate.

Anthony Martucci, 20, of 8 Robin Hill Road, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer, assaulting an emergency personnel, travelling unreasonably fast, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
