I-95 south reopened in New London after car fire
New London — A vehicle fire closed the right lane of Interstate 95 south between exits 83 and 82 for about 30 minutes Wednesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The fire, reported about 6 a.m., temporarily forced crews to close the whole highway.
