    H.S. lacrosse roundup: Old Lyme girls edge Old Saybrook 13-11

    Old Lyme — Lydia Tinnerello scored four goals and Daisy Colvin and Anna Sather scored three times each as Old Lyme High School beat Old Saybrook 13-11 in a Shoreline Conference girls' lacrosse game Tuesday.

    Emily Erne made 11 saves and Tinnerello had an assist and seven draw controls for the Wildcats (7-5, 5-1). Kendall Hartt had seven goals and an assist for Old Saybrook (8-4, 4-4).

    In other games:

    • Bridget Feeley scored five goals as St. Bernard beat Montville 9-5 in an Eastern Connecticut Conference Division II game. Mia Londregan and Lindsey Clement had two goals each for the Saints (5-5, 1-0). Alexis DeLucia scored twice for Montville (2-9, 0-3).

    • Hannah Lamb had two goals in Stonington's 10-5 loss to Woodstock Academy in ECC Division II. Emma Sabbadini had one goal and two assists, while Cat Cassata and Kate Johnson added one goal apiece for the Bears (8-4, 2-1).

    • Karlie Rowe scored four goals for East Lyme in a 13-11 loss to Cheshire. Julia Bates chipped in two goals and one assist while Caroline Healy had a goal and an assist and Kristen Healy, Anna Johnson, Caroline Real and Maeve Counter each added a goal for the Vikings (8-4).

    • Wheeler lost to Griswold 13-3. Blakely Hewes made 11 saves for Wheeler (1-7) and Daniela Roy, Gracie Anderson and Emma Morgan scored.

    • Katie Kelly had seven goals and Jess Bryan three goals and two assists in Norwich Free Academy's 17-13 win over Ledyard in an ECC Division I game. Ria Kilimos also had two goals for NFA (9-5, 2-1) and Jillian Brunelli made 11 saves. Megan Larmann scored six times for Ledyard (4-8, 0-2) and Avery Samokar had three goals.

    Boys

    • Jack O'Leary had three goals and four assists as St. Bernard/Wheeler beat Montville 13-5 in an ECC Division II game. Pat Brady had four goals and an assist, Scott Pion had three goals and an assist and Roland Long had two goals and an assist for St. Bernard (11-1, 3-0), which has won seven straight. Sean Ventresca had three goals an an assist for Montville (5-7, 1-2).

    • Old Lyme beat Old Saybrook in a Shoreline Conference game 7-0. Grayson Colvin had four assists and Owen Macadam scored twice for Old Lyme.

    • Michael LaForte had three goals and four assists and Kyle Jacobson scored four times as Waterford beat Bacon Academy 14-6 in an ECC Division II game. Caleb Holdridge had three goals and two assists, Ryan Huta had three goals and an assist and Logan Bowdish had a goal and an assist for Waterford (8-3, 2-0).
