Norwich police issue alert for missing 52-year-old man

Norwich — Police are seeking a 52-year-old man who they said went missing Nov. 30.

Police said Anthony Frank is a white male who has brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds.

Police don't know what he was wearing when he went missing.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call police at (860) 886-5561.
