18th District needs leadership of Statchen
These days we need leadership, leadership that is guided by knowledge, honesty, empathy, and determination. We need Bob Statchen for the State Senate in the 18th District.
After law school Bob spent four years on active duty with the Air Force. He did a tour in Saudi Arabia advising commanders and pilots while monitoring the Southern no-fly zone over Iraq. Bob returned to Connecticut and joined the Air National Guard. Bob worked his way up from being a JAG in the Air Force to being a full colonel in the National Guard. He is currently organizing the distribution of medical supplies and personal protective equipment here in eastern Connecticut.
Bob is a born and bred Connecticut Yankee. He spent seven years practicing law, focused on helping grow small to mid-sized businesses in and around District 18. He and his wife have raised three children here in Stonington. His mother was a Head Start teacher for 35 years and his father was an assistant attorney general for the state of Connecticut. His roots in our state run deep, as does his love for Connecticut.
