Harkness offers picturesque views in Waterford
Waterford — Mike Berlinski of Plainville was painting the view from Harkness Memorial State Park on Thursday.
He said he use to come to the park frequently, but had not visited in about a decade and had forgotten how beautiful it is. He said he'll now go there more often.
