Angela R. Forero, 30, of 55 Ridgeview Circle, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive in proper lane.
Justin Firmin, 30, of Danielson was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and breach of peace.
Brittani Bochese, 34, of 54 Fog Plain Road was charged Tuesday with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.
