    The Westerly Chorus

    MOST importantly, though: Are you ready for the Chorus of Westerly’s Christmas Pops?

    The 180-voice ensemble, conducted by Andrew Howell and featuring the Pops Festival Orchestra and other special guests, will present their annual family-friendly Christmas Pops concerts Saturday night and Sunday afternoon and evening in Kent Hall. The venue will be transformed into a winter wonderland, and a program of new and classic material will include a premiere performance by Andrew Lidestri of “A Christmas Carol” (music by John Tafone, text by Bridget Deninn.

    Oh! And if that Santa guy should suddenly show up, well, so much the better!
