Event Description:
A large selection of Christmas items, jewelry, floral arrangements, baked goods, Portuguese sweet bread, a Basket raffle including Thanksgiving baskets, and local crafters. For lunch – soup, chowder, and chili. Join us in the church hall and get an early start for the holidays!

The Union Baptist Church of Mystic will hold its annual Holiday Bazaar in the lower Fellowship Hall at 119 High St. Mystic, on Saturday, November 12th from 9:00am-2:00pm. The bazaar will feature Christmas gifts, gift baskets, crafts, vintage items, bake table and frozen heat & eat meals. A Soup & Soup “Lunch to Go” will also be available. A one -day workshop for ages 10-15 with Jeff Crew, a professional exhibit designer and maker of machines and mechanical art.
Bridge building involves not only physical science concepts such as forces and strength of materials, but also design, drawing and hands on construction and testing. This workshop is a fantastic hands-on opportunity for students to gain an understanding of how structures are made to work as bridges, and an appreciation of our local engineering marvels. Includes visit to the Mystic Bascule Bridge and our current exhibitions, 100 Years of the Mystic River and the Bascule Bridge, and Building Bridges
