Teens, test your cake-decorating skills in person at the Bill Memorial Library! Each attendee will decorate a cake based on a surprise design to be revealed at the program. This program happens on Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at 6:00 PM for students in grades 6-12. It is free and registration is required as spots are limited.
