HOW TO: SUBMIT AN EVENT
This two-part class is Tuesday, April 11th, 6-7:30 pm and 18th, 6-8:30 PM at Spark Makerspace, 7 Union St., New London, CT.
Learn how to Screen Print at Spark! We’ll take you through the whole process, and you’ll take home prints of your own design! This class covers successful design elements, creating the screen using the photographic process, printing on fabric and paper, and how to reuse your silkscreen.
For Members, this class will certify you to be able to use the screen printing equipment independently.
This class is intended for students ages 14+.

Norwich, CT 3/30/2023: Today, Madonna Place announced an upcoming free presentation by Rashida Rattray, Education and Outreach Coordinator from CT Fair Housing on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 6 pm to 7 pm at 240 Main Street, Norwich, CT
The Know Your Fair Housing Rights presentation will review Federal and State Fair Housing Acts, ways to identify housing discrimination and where and how to report instances.
CT Fair Housing Center
The mission of the Connecticut Fair Housing Center is to ensure that all people have equal access to housing opportunities in Connecticut, free from discrimination.
Because housing discrimination disproportionately affects people with low incomes, the Center focuses on the intersection of poverty and housing discrimination. The Center also assists Connecticut homeowners who have been hit hardest by the nation’s ongoing foreclosure crisis.
