      Famous puppets and marionettes created by two well-known Waterford, Connecticut artists from years past, Rufus and Margo Rose, plus juried artworks with a southeastern Connecticut theme created by contemporary artists will be on display in the historic buildings of the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center during the Waterford Historical Society Inc.’s fifth annual Art In Waterford: Past + Present + Future.

      The event will be held over Memorial Day weekend, beginning on Friday, May 26, through Monday, May 29, 2023, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. each day. Free and open to the public. Donations to the Waterford Historical Society, Inc. will be gratefully accepted.

      Senior Resources introduces its new caregiver support group open to all caregivers, family members-anyone caring for a loved one.
      The agency’s support group’s kick-off event, April 25th as well as future meetings, will be held the last Tuesday of each month, 3:00 pm. at Shelters Arms, 165 McKinley Ave., Norwich. We offer a safe and comfortable healing environment for caregivers while providing them emotional and social support, as well as educational material to assist in caring for their love ones.
