We wanted to offer a drink recommendation to go along with the theme of cocktail accessories in our Neighborhood Finds column this month. Our friends at Filomena's helped us out:

    POMEGRANATE MARTINI

    Recipe courtesy of Filomena's

    262 Boston Post Road, Waterford

The key to this tasty drink, says bartender Brianna Botts, is the Pama. Going with a less expensive liqueur, she says, won't deliver the same smoothness.

    Ingredients:

    3 oz. Pama Pomegranate liqueur

    3 oz. Pomegranate Schnapps

2 oz. Raspberry or Citron Vodka

    Instructions:

Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. "Shake the heck out of it," says Botts, until the mix is cold and frothy.

Strain it through the shaker into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime twist.*

(*Soak the lemon in warm water and the rind peels off easily. Rub the rind around the rim of the glass before serving.)
