    No one is now safe

What has happened to criminality today? For decades, women and children were off limits for retribution against perceived acts damaging to territorial rights to drug sales, gambling, and extortion practices. There used to be a hierarchy.

Now, children are being killed by bullets as collateral or intentional damage. These cowards should lose cred and stop hiding from the reality of being the smallest type of men; men that organized crime bosses of old would have dealt with harshly − for at least they had rules.
