I have a very simple idea. Instead of burdening the residential and business taxpayers of Connecticut by putting highway toll booths up, why not make the access roads to both casinos toll roads? After all, we paid for them, didn't we? Let the people who are willing to play the game of chance pay a small fee for the ability to do it. We pay enough.
