Trump-Pence team bad news for labor

I should preface my remarks with the fact that I am a former union president and negotiator. These things do influence my opinion. I understand the anger in the country by those who feel left out. The country is clamoring for change. I get that. There are some things that I don't understand.

How can union folk support Trump? He screwed more working people than Walmart. He picks Pence to run with him. Mike Pence passed right to work laws in Indiana. As a union member I know that right to work means right to work for less. Pence is more dangerous to the country than Trump. If you are a union person don't vote against your own interests. That is the definition of stupidity.

Pence is so anti-women's rights that he proposed in Indiana a law stating that miscarried fetuses must be cremated or interred by the hospital or abortion facility. Even the extreme right in Indiana couldn't buy this. How could any women vote for these two? It defies logic.

We have choices to make. I am not happy with the choice I have to make. If you are a union member and vote for these two you are voting to push labor laws back to the 19th century. In the words of Joe Biden, "Come on, this is America." Smarten up.
