As a child, I learned that if you did not play by the rules you were not allowed to play in the game. Also, the person who was in charge of the game had the right to take his or her ball and go home, thus ending the game. The debate moderator should do the same thing when the children at the debate do not follow the rules — shut off the microphones, stop the game and end the national embarrassment.
