We repeatedly hear of the loss of parental rights in the diatribes from the "right." I have yet to learn where kindergartners are being taught sex education, critical race theory or been exposed to books that need to be banned.

Parents have ALWAYS been able to talk to teachers and school authorities if they chose to do so. It is interesting that suddenly there is an uprising of indignation by some that they have not had those rights. Just take some responsibility and get involved, as we have always been able to.

Please stop the false bravado made up to scare people to vote for the scaremongers.
