I got my morning paper, and it made me think about a past opinion item (Give me old things for the new year: paper maps and pay phones). As one who agrees with most of it, I would like to add one more to the list. A real newspaper as in the old days. One with many pages of articles both local, national and worldwide. With TV listing, local ads, theater listings and many of the items that would fill up and add many more pages to days papers. I miss the feeling of reading papers that gave me an hour or so to read. Not the six or seven sheets of today's papers which feel like it was printed to fit into an iPhone. If I want to get a quick blast of news I can always listen to the radio or TV.
