Where will these released criminals be living?

I am curious why the Day has not uttered a single word of the Democratic parole board releasing 44 convicted felons from the state prisons. There are numerous questions. Where will these criminals be living and in what towns? Will the state inform the citizens or just throw them out to the general public where they can commit their crimes again?
