‘On the side of human life’

I really have a issue with The Day's editorial in today's (May 2) issue "Supreme Court disapproval." I don't disagree with most decisions, but in this case regarding abortions, I fail to see how we cannot be on the side of human life.

In our court cases, we seem to think it is OK to put an innocent baby to death when he or she has done nothing wrong, but on the other hand we seem to find reasons to let accused murderers go free with a partial sentence served to go out into the general population only to kill again. There is something wrong here.
