Monday’s (Aug. 14) letter to the editor, “Taking away choice in Lyme,” decried the lack of choice in Lyme’s election. For years Lyme has been well run under Democratic and Republican administrations. Cooperation has been the watchword in Lyme with both parties treating each other with respect. Would the writer of that letter wish that we could be at each other’s throats like the rest of the country? I think Lyme is just fine the way it is.
