After being informed about this diner located on State Street in the greater New London area, my wife and I decided to give it a try. We both agreed on the food and service. The breakfast was fabulous. The food and service is at its best. The atmosphere was enjoyable like the diners of the past that were located throughout the New London area. The owner Jake was observed going from table to table asking customers how the service and food was. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a great breakfast with a generous portion cooked to perfection, along with an enormous choice from the menu and at a reasonable price, then Jake’s Diner on State Street is the place.
