So watching the 11 o’clock news Wednesday Nov. 15, I heard them say hate crimes are increasing in this country and state by neo-Nazis and others that call themselves patriots. How pathetic. They say the white man’s being replaced; all I got to say is bad karma is tough. White people came to this continent over 500 years ago and waged a genocide against the Native Americans. Then they brought over African slaves. I’m surprised there hasn’t been a major payback. It makes no sense. The population of the USA is still over 70% white. These self- proclaimed patriots claim Hispanics, Africans and Jews are taking over the country. But the Spanish were the first Europeans to colonize North America. It makes no sense. There are so many other problems our state, country and world are dealing with. How can these groups find the time or energy to make race or sexual preference an actual issue that threatens society? They apparently lack intelligence, compassion and are greedy and don’t like sharing. There’s only one race: the human race.
