Ugly box building on Bank Street

It breaks my heart every time I drive past the new box building on Bank Street. What an abomination! It stands out like a sore thumb among the surrounding older, historical buildings and is totally out of character with New London. What on earth was in the planning commissioners’ minds? Where is their sense of aesthetics? Please change the existing zoning regulations as soon as possible so this will not happen again.
