Alternative energy possible but not as green as you think

I am quite dismayed at the public choices for their energy sources and vehicles. Offshore wind and photovoltaics are not as green as many may think, nor are electric vehicles. The advances in semiconductor technologies have made these methods of generating electricity and EV technology possible, however, at extravagant expense —mining of toxic materials by, in part, slave labor; and high maintenance in hostile environments; and offshore wind in particular.

The offshore wind turbines near Block Island have 34,500-volt submarine cables connecting them. At other offshore locations, the voltage is higher! Fishermen beware! There is lube and hydraulic oil in these turbines and if they catch fire, as has happened elsewhere, from lightning strikes or equipment malfunction, there is no way to extinguish them. This is a very expensive method of generating electricity and requires an intricate power grid. The wind may be free; however, your electric bill will be outrageous! Not many can afford this. Over 35 years ago, I started working on a particle-energy theory that is quite unique. It addresses the issue of what electric charge actually may be. The theory has the potential to help solve our energy problem. I challenge academia to look at it!
