NYT opinion writer targets Swift

How does the New York Times hire an Opinion writer who explodes to “out” a natural music and art star, well loved, respected and honored? (see NYT, Opinion Jan. 4, “Look what we made Taylor Swift do,” Anna Marks.) Has the writer never read music and art reviews that talk about sounds and color, shapes and rhythms that respond to lives led by writers and performers? Trying to “out” private sex lives of artists is abusive, inappropriate, unnecessary and mean!
