I-95, I-395 interchange problem still unsolved

In all the glowing articles about the improvements to I-95 at exit 74, there has been no mention of correcting the most obvious problem in the area. It does not appear that the I-95 and I-395 interchange will be corrected. A vehicle southbound on I-395 cannot access I-95 northbound. And a vehicle southbound on I-95 cannot head northbound on I-395. In peak travel periods, this incomplete interchange may cause serious delays as drivers attempt to cut across multiple lanes to reach I-95 or I-395. The Department of Transportation has once again demonstrated its adherence to the "Peter Principle."
