Thank you to everyone who followed, supported and cheered on our Wheeler Lions this basketball season. The outpouring of love was felt by all and created some memories that will last a lifetime. There are so many people we would like to thank beginning with The Day and GameDayCT. Their coverage of our team/games was outstanding and they truly made our small school feel very big these last few weeks.

Thanks to the 10 varying businesses who sponsored this air time. Thanks to our community for showing up and selling out every single game we had! Thank you to our coaching staff, our AD, our staff, alumni and students, especially Ben Lewis for creating the best gym atmosphere ever! Thank you to our cheerleaders for keeping us lifted and positive. Thanks to the ECC for hosting us twice! Thank you to our parents for the sacrifices that happen when a season is extended as far as ours was extended. Most important, thank you to our players: Deondre, Keith, Kyle, Jayson, Zane, Kiyle, Jon, Wyatt, Sean, Nate, Garrett, James, Mason and Brody for taking us on the ride of our lives these past few weeks.
