Stonington schools closed Thursday

Stonington schools will be closed Thursday, according to Superintendent Leanne Masterjoseph. Though the weather is improving, there are still significant road safety issues in town that threaten the transportation of students, she said.

Schools were already scheduled to be closed Friday for Good Friday, and Masterjoseph said she is confident school will reopen Monday.
