Some roads reopen in Stonington; firefighters survey flooding

Stonington — Some roads in town have reopened today, including Route 1 near the "Birdland" community.
Route 1 over the Mystic Drawbridge is open along with several areas around Pequot Trail.
The Pawcatuck River Bridge, Route 49, the Stillman Avenue Bridge and Route 184 at the Groton Town Line remains closed until inspections can be done.
