Montville charity motorcycle run set for June 6
Montville - The First Montville Motorcycle Run & Rally to benefit the high school's Parent Advisory Group and the Eastern Connecticut Asian and American Lions Club's diabetic-awareness programs will be held June 6. The plan is for the event to be held annually.
Pre-registration is $20 and the first 100 registrants before June 1 will receive a T-shirt.
Registration the day of the event begins at 10 a.m. at the Montville High School parking lot and the fee is $25.
The run will begin at 11:30 a.m. from the parking lot and weaves throughout town, finally ending at Fort Shantok, where the two organizations will host a cookout.
