Norwich mayor to hold abbreviated forum today

Norwich - Mayor Peter Nystrom's public forum hours will be cut short this morning to allow the mayor to attend a funeral.

Nystrom will hold a discussion with the public from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the Laurel Hill Volunteer Fire Department on Laurel Hill Avenue/Route 12.
