Applicants must fill out the form for their dog license renewals or for new dogs at the city clerk’s office, along with the required fees, proof of spay or neuter and proof off current rabies vaccination certificate.

Applications are due by noon on May 31 for the drawing shortly afterward.

The license application fee is $19 for an unspayed/unneutered dog, $8 for a spayed or neutered dog.

No personal checks are accepted. Money orders would be accepted through the mail and the clerk’s office accepts cash, credit or debit cards.
