Misreported Transaction Leads to School Rumors

The May 24 issue contained an erroneous real estate transaction for the Town of Clinton's purchase of property for a new Morgan School. On April 27, Richards Farms Ltd. Partnership sold to the Town of Clinton the property at 71 Killingworth Turnpike for $2 million; the property was incorrectly listed as Beach Park Road by the Harbor News's reporting service.
