Open house sessions announced for the new Three Rivers high school

Norwich – Open house sessions were announced today for the new Three Rivers Middle College High School open to high school juniors starting Aug. 29 at Three Rivers Community College.

The new magnet high school will be for juniors and seniors, but Three Rivers President Grace Jones said the first year will be for 30 incoming juniors only. The program will expand to include 30 new juniors next year, with this year’s students becoming seniors.

The school will be open to students interested in studying fields of engineering technology, business and finance and hospitality management.

Open house sessions will be held Monday at 6 p.m., Tuesday. July 23 at 6 p.m., Thursday, July 26 at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, July 31 at 9:30 a.m.
