Ocean Avenue closed while New London police investigate accident

New London - City police have closed Ocean Avenue from Eastridge Road to Niles Hill Road (Route 213) as they investigate the scene of an accident involving a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle.

The female pedestrian's injuries are reported not to be life-threatening at this time.

No further information was immediately available.
