Public Library of New London to host six week lecture series

New London — The Public Library of New London will host a six week lecture series on the History of New London starting Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Classes will be lead by municipal historian Sally Ryan and will cover Colonial times and the Pequot War to the present. Sessions will be held 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Oct. 9 in the library’s community room. Registration is not required but recommended. Call (860) 447-1411 x3.
