Backus Hospital to host free forum on diabetes care

Norwich – The William W. Backus Hospital will host a free forum on diabetes care from 5p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Backus Outpatient Care Center, 111 Salem Turnpike.

Dr. Ria Lim of Backus’ Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism will give an overview of current trends in diabetes management. Suppliers of educational materials and products for the self-management of diabetes will also be available.
