Malloy Tours Sandy Landfall in Clinton

From downed trees and power outages to destroyed beachfront property, Governor Dannel Malloy met with state and town officials as well as residents this afternoon in Clinton to assess property and home damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.
Malloy spoke with just under a dozen residents along Shore Road and took a tour of the damaged because front property before holding a press conference in Hartford later tonight.
Along for the tour was First Selectman William Fritz, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, State Senator Eileen Daily, State Representative Jim Crawford, Selectman Thomas Vicino, and Clinton Police Chief Todd Lawrie.
