'State of the Stoningtons' event postponed

The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, citing weather concerns about a nor’easter approaching the region, has postponed its breakfast program “State of the Stoningtons” that was due to take place Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Buon Appetito Ristorante & Pizzeria on Norwich-Westerly Road in North Stonington.

The program, one in a series that the chamber conducts, features municipal government updates from local leaders about issues of importance to residents from around the region. A new date has yet to be determined for the program.
