The Lyme-Old Lyme Middle School will host 24 workshops for students on “Wellness Day,” Friday.

Sixth and eighth graders in Lyme–Old Lyme will have the opportunity to explore a variety of health topics in three 50-minute workshops they preselected. Workshops on substance abuse, stress, nutrition, fitness, dating, skin care and safety are included.

The day culminates with a BMX bike ramp show to reinforce the benefits of staying drug-free and living a healthy lifestyle.
