Norwich – Nine architectural firms submitted proposals to the city to conduct a condition assessment and write a long-term renovation plan for the historic City Hall building, the city purchasing office said.
Responses to the request for proposals were due by Wednesday. Seven firms were from Connecticut, along with one each from New York and Boston.
Proposal prices ranged from $19,180 from Hubbard & Associates of Middlefield to $55,100 from NE Collaborative of Middletown. But staff in the city finance office marked that the price in a proposal from O’Riordan Migani of Seymour “cannot be determined.”
