L+M Healthcare, the nonprofit parent organization of Lawrence + Memorial and Westerly hospitals, on Monday announced members of the newly constituted board of directors for Westerly Hospital, as well as new appointments to the parent organization.

Members of the Westerly Hospital board are: Chairman Stephen Greene of Westerly; Vice Chairwoman Deborah Lamm of Westerly; Treasurer Steve Ruzzo of Westerly; Secretary Ann Lain of Westerly; L+M President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Cummings of New London; Dr. George Bourganos of Stonington; Dr. William Conlin of Wakefield, R.I.; Dr. Adrian Hamburger of Westerly; Thomas Liquori of Westerly; Corinne Rossi of Pawcatuck; and Richard Smith of Westerly.

The L+M Healthcare board of directors includes the following members: Chairman Ulysses B. Hammond of Waterford; Vice Chairman Granville Morris of Niantic; Cummings; Treasurer Fred Conti of West Mystic; Secretary Marilynn Malerba of Uncasville; Kathleen Crook of Groton; R. Alan Hunter of Noank; Dr. Christopher Jalbert of Westerly; Jon Kodama of North Stonington; Lisa Konicki of Pawcatuck; Dr. R. Preston Lamberton of Old Saybrook; Robert Nardone of Westerly; Dr. Ross Sanfilippo of Salem; and Kathleen Steamer of East Lyme. New board members are: Jalbert; Kodama; Konicki, Sanfilippo and Nardone.
